Navigating Success in the Fintech Industry: Trustt’s (Formerly Novopay) Journey of Business Growth & Expansion along with Kredis


THE CLIENT:


Trustt (formerly Novopay) is an Indian FinTech company, committed to helping more people access and use financial services. Novopay offers digital financial services like mobile banking, digital payments, insurance, and credit access to underserved populations. Its platform facilitates various digital payment methods, including mobile wallets, bill payments, and money transfers, making it easier for customers to conduct financial transactions without the need for a traditional bank account. In addition to payments, Novopay also offers services like insurance, loans, and savings products, enabling customers to manage their finances more effectively.


In October 2022, we started working together with them for lead generation and inside sales services.


THE ACTION:


Email campaign:

Our agreement was initially set for a period of two months. The products to be targeted were the Loan Management System and Loan Origination System. We successfully achieved our desired number of leads by implementing a meticulously crafted email campaign, targeting the right point of contact within our specified audience for both products.


After the successful completion of our initial contract, they extended our services for an additional six months. During this period, they expanded the range of products we were targeting. In addition to the Loan Management System and Loan Origination System, we also included Identity Verification & Digital Onboarding products, such as Aadhar eKYC, video KYC, Digital Distribution Platform, TrusttGPT and Digital Lending.


By running separate and targeted campaigns for each product while ensuring we contacted the right individuals, we consistently achieved around 85-95% of our monthly targets. As and when needed, we also conducted “event and exhibition campaigns” on behalf of Novopay.


Our inside sales services played a crucial role in enabling Novopay to engage in discussions with prominent market players, including Paytm, Motilal Oswal, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Credila Financial Services, Tech Mahindra, Paisabazaar, Poonawala Fincorp, Hero Housing Finance, Tata Capital, Canara HSBC, Tata Motors Finance, Chqbook, L&T Technology, and many others.


THE RESULT:


As a result of our successful collaboration and the expansion of our services, Novopay significantly enhanced its market presence and engagement with major industry leaders. Our targeted and effective campaigns consistently achieved 85-95% of monthly targets, demonstrating our ability to drive impactful results. This extended partnership clearly demonstrates the value we bring to Novopay's growth and success in the financial sector.
