Empowering CloudConnect's Growth with Strategic Lead Generation

The client:

CloudConnect is a platform revolutionizing the way businesses approach cloud communications. It seamlessly integrates voice, data, and collaboration services, empowering organizations to enhance efficiency and communication. CloudConnect faced the challenge of lacking a structured outbound lead generation process. At that time, they partnered with Kredis in June'23 seeking to enhance its lead generation capabilities. The partnership proposal proved a success for Kredis as we had worked with similar companies like CloudConnect in the past and delivered successful outcomes to them over the years.

The action:

Kredis initiated a three-month partnership with CloudConnect to begin with. The primary goal was to establish and execute an effective outbound lead generation process for CloudConnect. The targeted industries were BFSI, education, health, and IT/ITES. The goal was to make sure their efforts hit the right spots and helped the business grow.


In the initial three months, we were successful in securing approximately five high-quality meetings each month. Recognizing the positive outcomes of the partnership, CloudConnect extended it for an additional three months in September.


Kredis implemented an omnichannel approach, utilizing email, calling, and LinkedIn to broaden the reach and engagement with potential clients. Timely strategic changes in content, calling pitch, changing the point of contacts, etc. was the approach - always aiming to get closer to turning a potential customer into a client for CloudConnect.

The Result:

As the partnership reached the six-month milestone, the results spoke volumes. Kredis has successfully generated a total of around 40 leads for CloudConnect, maintaining an impressive average of six leads per month. Looking beyond just the numbers, Kredis has played a crucial role in assisting CloudConnect in closing deals, with several opportunities currently in advanced stages.
